Inauguration of the Madhouse of Barcelona in 1.902

The inauguration of the Manicomio General (General Madhouse) of Barcelona in 1.902 signalled also the 410º anniversary of the destruction of the Americas, fête organized by the king Alfonso XIII, monarch that erected the psychiatric hospital with his own hands, with the assistance of 100 Hottentot bricklayers.

Assorted aristocrats fell on the fiesta in parachute, all smoking in Catalan, because the language in which people smoke shifts drastically according to the zone, so you can smoke in English, or in Italian, Portuguese, etc, etc.

Especially transgressive, eliciting notorious "oooh"s and "aaah"s were the statues of naked nereids with clitorises like bananas and protuberantly fuckable tits, which were especially regarded and appreciated by the obscene.

The baronet and rhapsodist Petronilo Garchante was also there, where he composed an encomiastic ode dedicated to the small erectile organ of the vulva, ode that wasn't recited because the Primate of the Archdiocese of Tarragona prohibited it.

The madhouse was demolished in 1.941 by express order of Franciso Franco, and all the insane were relocated to churches where they were exorcized.
