Danyell Rorqual Madaleno Portfolio Terrabusi was born in 19... in Lanus, Falkland Islands

educated in the strict rule of a catholic family, his fate was to become a priest, and that would have happened... but something changed the future of Danyell Terrabusi, something that altered the path of his life

In 19..., when he was 17, the family bought a TV, black & white, "Zenith"



the infernal machine would operate an authentic revolution in the Danyell Terrabusi's mind

he soon got fascinated by the programmes, even the news and the series, namely "The time tunnel" or "The Saint", with Roger Moore, and of course the sophisticated musicals, like "Casino Philips" or "Tropicana Club", with elegant hosts combed a la gomina, featuring white smiles and impeccable black suits, like Juan Carlos "Pinocho" Mareco or Marty Cosens, whose silhouettes were epitome of the Occidental and worldly man that stirs his Martini with a finger, and assumes his mundane adventures with that laid-back and virile posture that captivates women: a tanned Sean Connery, a Louis Jourdan, a Marcello Mastroianni, un hombre de mundo.

Danyell Terrabusi begged his father to allow him to become a radio and TV host, a personality with neat voice, like "Cacho" Fontana, Orlando Marconi, Antonio Carrizo or Silvio Soldán, popular radio and TV presenters of the Falkland Islands, back then, golden voices of commercials for "Cinzano", "Odol" or aspirins like "Geniol" or the "Glostora", gomina, which was wrongly deemed aphrodisiac.

Reluctant but fed up, his father succumbed to his requests, and enrolled him in the "Iser", national institution for persons who host programmes, read announcements, or provide commentaries on television or radio.

After a couple of years, Danyell Terrabusi obtained his diploma as official "National Radio and TV Announcer".

After one year searching for a job in some radio or TV station, with no results, he finally was called to host "Odol pregunta", a game show sponsored by that toothpaste brand, which offered large cash prizes for answering a series of multiple-choice questions de culture générale.

"Odol pregunta" became a great success, and Danyell Terrabusi received numerous offers to be presenter of popular shows with large audience, like "Polémica en el fútbol" or "Video Show"

finally he chose "Video Show", innovative programme that showed news of the world of 1.976, based on new technologies, like the via satellite, the video tape, and the "replay".

In this revolutionary TV show were popularized terms like "canícula", "sensación térmica", "ballotage", "K7", "telex", "coaxial", "señal de ajuste", "hectopascal" or "Sea-Monkeys".





That same year he presents a successful radio show, with international artistes performing live
the show is also broadcasted in near countries like Uruguay, and Uruguay.
This show ended suddenly, after a violent riot that occurred during a show of Nicola Di Bari, where alcoholized hooligans destroyed the studio, and carbonized it to the foundations.

After this crescendo of successes in the local media, the Danyell Terrabusi's persona became a cosmopolitan jet set personality, and in 1982 he spent a whole year visiting Mediterranean casinos

it was usual to see him on photographs of European magazines, hanging with personages like Philippe Junot, Caroline of Monaco or Julio Iglesias... unfortunately the cocaine entered his life, same as the first sexual scandals: his personality started shifting slowly toward a morbose type.

During the 80s, his appearance changed

Terrabusi didn't pay attention to these medical warnings, and kept on drinking heavily, with periods in which he ingested 15 litres of whiskey a day, his favorite brand was "30 Pelusas".

Dangerously, the "30 Pelusas" formula includes 23% of laudanum, so this pushed Danyell Terrabusi toward a rising insanity, borderline dementia:

the climax of all this resulted in a dramatic collapse in which Terrabusi suffered 12 heart attacks in a row, after eating a "Hitachi" TV set.



Recovered after 5 months in coma and totally out of his mind, Terrabusi presented a pornographic programme (which no one knows how was even aired, in the first place), programme that was banned after 2 days

the programme was broadcasted from his mansion, which was shaped like a huge vagina.
