Image showing the Guinness World Record breaker (GWRB) in the camp of the continuous knock outs, the Mexican athlete Ron Maldonado, who did not fail to knock out Juan Cueto repeatedly for a period of 96 hours and 1 second non-stop (chronometrically measured).
Maldonado indeed overwhelmed and lambasted Cueto for 4 days (and nights) making him bite the dust with his fists relentlessly, without pausing to eat, sleep, urinate, defecate or take a shower.
The knock outs were technically corroborated by 5 referees, who observed with awe and perplexity how Cueto returned to the upright position on his feet automatically after every loss of consciousness.
This feat in the annals of the "Guinness" took place on the streets of Los Angeles, during the days 17, 18, 19 and 20 of February of 2008.
The award received by Maldonado (in Patacas) was shared with his partner and compatriot Cueto, who at the time of the end of the endeavor had 91% of his neurons lost, severe encephalopathy and punch-drunk syndrome (aka dementia pugilistica), due to the neverending string of merciless puñetazos received, and this shared prize also shows the fellowship of the contestants.
Well done, guys!
